Altered Box

Here is a box that I altered as a gift for my daughter's in-laws.  Great people whom I wanted to do something for since they were such gracious hosts to us on our visit to their home.

Wedding Card

This is a wedding card I made for my cousin. I used the Arch from the Silhouette and then cut out the couple from Disney's Happily Ever After Cricut Cartridge. I used the Ranger Stickels for the necklace. I purchased the silver designed paper from Joann's.

Hi Everyone,

I created a gift book for a bridal shower I gave to help the bride-to-be have all the gifts she received in book she can keep. I decorated with a fancy circle and used Red lettering for their names. I punched their picture out with a heart punch and added a small diamond ring embellishment tied with a red ribbon. Very easy but it was so easy for her to write her thank you notes with every gift logged into her book.

Enjoy!

Sucker Bouquet

I made this sucker bouquet for my cousin's daughter to use at her wedding rehearsal. I bought the bouquet holder from Hobby Lobby which had the lace already attached and the handle was wrapped in white ribbon. I made the flowers from Tim Holtz's Alterations Tattered Florals. I bought 5 different suckers (Red, Green, Purple, Yellow and Orange) and then I molded the flowers around the stick of the sucker while curling the ends of the flowers as I went along. I also bought some small white floral sticks and some pearl sticks to add for dimension and variety.

This was a very fun project but did take time to get the flowers to curl just right.

Wedding Shower Favor

This was a favor box topper that I made with the Cricut and the I-Topper. I punched a picture of the bride-to-be and her fiance' and then I used the I-Topper to make a brad. I cut glitter heart flowers from the Cricut Home Accents Cartridge. I bought the box for the favor inside.

It was fun to make and the bride-to-be thought it was great for their guests at the shower.

I just returned from CHA in Chicago and I have lots of new ideas to share and would love to have your input both positive and negative. I have been scrapbooking and making cards for several years now.

I hope to share projects as I create them and would love for you to follow me and comment on the projects.
